How do I access my patterns?

You can access your patterns by logging in to your account.

What if I don’t have an account?

When checking out your purchase, an account is generated automatically for you. Due to too many spam request, it’s no longer possible – nor needed – to create an account before shopping with us.

I think I have an account but when I try to log in, it doesn’t recognize my email address.

Perhaps you are trying the wrong email address. Very often you are attempting to log in with a different email address than the one you used to purchase your patterns. Look for a receipt in your email accounts to figure out which one you used when purchasing your patterns.

In case this does not work, contact me at with you name and email and I’ll have a look. When my website was moved (fall 2021), about 10% orders were not linked to a user and about 5% of users were not copied. Just let me know and I’ll connect the dots.

I click on the order number but don’t see where to download my files.

When looking at the list of your orders, do not click on the order number to download your files. You must click on the link to the right that says “Downloads”.

How do I move my “wishlist “ to an order?

At this point there is no possibility to move your complete wishlist to the cart. Did you choose already a colour and size, then you see ‘add to cart’ on that line.
Did you not yet choose a finish, then you’ll see ‘select options’. After choosing the finish and/or size, you can click on ‘add to cart’
